All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Digital Products and Courses
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased digital product or course for personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to purchased content without our written consent.
5. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by individual statements of work (SOW) agreed upon between you and HyprPlus, LLC. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW will control for that engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, trademarks (including ScaledAI|OS™, ScaledMoney|OS™, Sprint Budget Planner™, and CostcoHauls), software, and materials provided through our Services are the property of HyprPlus, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
If you submit content to our platforms (e.g., product reviews on CostcoHauls.com), you grant HyprPlus, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use our Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary materials; interfere with the operation of our websites or services; or impersonate any person or entity.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Stafford County, Virginia.

At HyprPlus, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for requesting a refund.
Digital Courses and Training
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital course purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@hyprplus.com. Requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Tools and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of downloadable tools, templates, and resources are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund.
Consulting Services
Refunds for consulting engagements are governed by the individual statement of work (SOW). If no SOW refund terms exist, fees for completed work are non-refundable. Fees for work not yet performed may be refunded on a prorated basis.
Free Content
No refund is applicable for free content, including articles, reviews, and free tools available on our websites.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@hyprplus.com with your order number, the product or service purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
